Privacy policy
1) INFORMATION ON THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER
1.1 We are pleased that you are visiting our website and thank you for your interest. Below, we inform you about how your personal data is handled when you use our website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified.
1.2 The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Solere Club
Email: info@soléreclub.com
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
1.3 For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g. orders or enquiries to the controller), this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the character string "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
2) DATA COLLECTION WHEN YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE
If you use our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you visit our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:
- The page of our website you visited
- Date and time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/referrer from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used (where applicable: in anonymised form)
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. Apart from our hosting provider (see below), the data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively should there be specific indications of unlawful use.
Hosting by Shopify
Our online shop is hosted on the e-commerce platform Shopify. For visitors and customers in the EEA, the provider is Shopify International Limited, c/o Intertrust Ireland, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shopify"). The server log files mentioned above and all other data that you provide in our shop (e.g. when placing an order, opening a customer account or subscribing to our newsletter) are processed on Shopify's servers. Shopify processes this data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of our online shop. Shopify may transfer data to other Shopify companies and service providers outside the EEA, in particular in Canada and the USA. Shopify safeguards such transfers through Binding Corporate Rules approved by European data protection authorities, the European Commission's adequacy decision for Canada and, where appropriate, EU standard contractual clauses. Further information can be found in Shopify's privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
3) COOKIES
To make your visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. when you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us or our partner companies (third-party cookies) to recognise your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). When cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information, such as browser and location data as well as IP address values, to varying extents. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie.
In some cases, cookies serve to simplify the ordering process by saving settings (e.g. remembering the contents of a virtual shopping basket for a later visit to the website). If personal data is also processed by individual cookies implemented by us, the processing is carried out either in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract or in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of your visit.
Cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of our website (e.g. cookies for analytics and marketing purposes) are only set with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by changing your cookie settings or deleting the cookies in your browser.
We may work with advertising partners who help us make our online offering more interesting for you. For this purpose, cookies from partner companies are, in that case, also stored on your hard drive when you visit our website (third-party cookies). If we work with the aforementioned advertising partners, you will be informed individually and separately about the use of such cookies and the scope of the information collected in each case in the paragraphs below.
Please note that you can configure your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and can decide individually whether to accept them, or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in each browser's help menu, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browsers at the following links:

Please note that if you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
4) CONTACTING US
When you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully processed. This is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5) DATA PROCESSING WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING
In accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed when you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. You can have your customer account deleted at any time by sending a message to the controller at the email address stated in section 1.2. We store and use the data you provide for the purpose of processing the contract. After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked in view of retention periods under tax and commercial law and deleted once these periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to a further use of the data that is permitted by law, about which we inform you below.
6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING
6.1 Subscribing to our email newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing any further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter once you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm, by clicking on the corresponding link, that you wish to receive newsletters in future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your IP address as assigned by your internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of subscription, so that we can trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data we collect when you subscribe to the newsletter is used exclusively for the purpose of sending you advertising via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the controller named at the beginning. Once you have unsubscribed, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list without delay, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this in a manner that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this privacy policy.
6.2 Sending the email newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers by email for goods or services from our range that are similar to those you have already purchased. We do not need to obtain separate consent from you for this. In this respect, the data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalised direct marketing in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you any emails. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time, with effect for the future, by notifying the controller named at the beginning. You will only incur transmission costs at the basic rates for this. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will cease immediately.
7) DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER HANDLING
7.1 As part of processing the contract, the personal data we collect will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. As part of payment processing, we pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we inform you about this explicitly below. The legal basis for passing on the data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7.2 Use of payment service providers
- Shopify Payments
If you pay by credit card or with another payment method offered via Shopify Payments, we pass on your payment data to Shopify (see section 2) and its payment processing partners as part of payment processing. The data is passed on in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and only insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. Further information can be found in Shopify's privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
- PayPal
When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "pay upon invoice" or "instalment payment" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of payment processing. The data is passed on in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and only insofar as this is necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "pay upon invoice" or "instalment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit reference agencies in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your ability to pay. PayPal uses the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of payment default for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical method. The calculation of the score values includes, among other things but not exclusively, address data. For further data protection information, including information on the credit reference agencies used, please refer to PayPal's privacy statement: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may remain entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for processing payments in accordance with the contract.
8) CONTACTING YOU FOR REVIEW REMINDERS
Our own review reminder (not sent via a customer review system)
We use your email address to send you a one-time reminder to submit a review of your order via the review system we use, provided that you have given us your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR during or after your order. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the controller responsible for data processing.
9) USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA: SOCIAL PLUGINS
9.1 Facebook plugins (integrated as simple links)
Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook, which is operated for users in the EU by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta").
To increase the protection of your data when you visit our website, these buttons are not integrated into the page as full plugins, but only by means of an HTML link. This type of integration ensures that no connection to Meta's servers is established when you access a page of our website that contains such buttons. If you click on the button, a new browser window opens and loads the Facebook page, where you can interact with the plugins there (after entering your login details, if applicable).
Meta Platforms, Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).
For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Meta, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Meta's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
9.2 Instagram plugin (integrated as a simple link)
Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the online service Instagram, which is operated for users in the EU by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta").
To increase the protection of your data when you visit our website, these buttons are not integrated into the page as full plugins, but only by means of an HTML link. This type of integration ensures that no connection to Instagram's servers is established when you access a page of our website that contains such buttons. If you click on the button, a new browser window opens and loads the Instagram page, where you can interact with the plugins there (after entering your login details, if applicable).

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Instagram's privacy policy: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy/
10) ONLINE MARKETING
10.1 Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick by Google)
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform (formerly "DoubleClick by Google"), which is provided for users in the EU by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
Google Marketing Platform uses cookies to show ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are shown in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. The processing is only carried out with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
In addition, Google Marketing Platform can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, if a user sees an ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. These cookies do not contain any directly identifying information such as your name or email address.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge: through the integration of Google Marketing Platform, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider obtains and stores your IP address.
If you wish to object to participation in this tracking procedure, you can deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com; please note that this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies. You can also turn off personalised ads in Google's ad settings: https://myadcenter.google.com/. Alternatively, you can obtain information about the setting of cookies and adjust your settings at the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info. Finally, you can configure your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and can decide individually whether to accept them, or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).
You can find further information about Google's data protection provisions at the following internet address: https://policies.google.com/privacy
10.2 Use of Google Ads conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, conversion tracking. For users in the EU, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Ads). In relation to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. In doing so, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually lose their validity after 90 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of your internet browser. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Ads conversion tracking only with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
You can permanently deactivate cookies for ad preferences by preventing them through an appropriate setting in your browser software or by turning off personalised ads in Google's ad settings: https://myadcenter.google.com/
Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available, or only to a limited extent, if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
11) WEB ANALYTICS SERVICES
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided for users in the EU by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your device and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored on Google servers, which may also be located in the USA.
For users in the EU, Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. IP address data is only used to derive location data and is then deleted immediately. The processing is only carried out with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and serves the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website use and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).
This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. When a user accesses a page for the first time, they are assigned a unique, permanent and pseudonymised ID that is set across devices. This makes it possible to assign interaction data from different devices and from different sessions to a single user. The user ID does not contain any directly identifying data such as your name or email address, and no such data is transmitted to Google.
You can object to the collection and storage of data via the user ID at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you must deactivate Google Analytics on all systems you use, for example in another browser or on your mobile device. You can deactivate it using a browser add-on from Google (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
You can find further information on how Google Analytics handles data here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245
12) RETARGETING / REMARKETING / RECOMMENDATION ADVERTISING
Meta Pixel (Custom Audiences)
This website uses the "Meta Pixel" (formerly "Facebook Pixel"), which is provided for users in the EU by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta"). If express consent has been given, this allows the behaviour of users to be tracked after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook or Instagram ad. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of these ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimise future advertising measures.
The data collected is anonymous to us, i.e. it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).
You can allow Meta and its partners to show ads on and off Facebook and Instagram. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. These processing operations are carried out exclusively if express consent has been given in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Consent to the use of the Meta Pixel may only be given by users who are at least 16 years old. If you are younger, please ask your parent or legal guardian for permission.
Meta Platforms, Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).
To deactivate the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser so that no more cookies can be stored on your computer in the future and/or cookies that have already been stored are deleted. However, switching off all cookies may mean that some functions on our website can no longer be used. You can also deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers such as Meta on the following website of the Digital Advertising Alliance: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/
Google Ads Remarketing
Our website uses the functions of Google Ads Remarketing, which we use to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. For users in the EU, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). For this purpose, Google places a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you have visited. The processing is only carried out with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Any data processing beyond this only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your web and app browsing history will be linked to your Google account by Google and that information from your Google account will be used to personalise ads that you view on the web. If, in this case, you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data in order to form target groups.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies for ad personalisation by turning off personalised ads in Google's ad settings: https://myadcenter.google.com/
45 GDPR).

13) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
13.1 Applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data subject rights (rights of access and intervention) vis-à-vis the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data, about which we inform you below:
Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR: In particular, you have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us, the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if it was not collected from you by us, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved and the scope and intended effects of such processing for you, as well as your right to be informed about which safeguards exist pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR when your data is transferred to third countries;
Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR: You have the right to have inaccurate data concerning you corrected without delay and/or to have incomplete data stored by us completed;
Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the conditions of Art. 17(1) GDPR are met. However, this right does not apply in particular if the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for as long as the accuracy of your data, which you dispute, is being verified; if you refuse the erasure of your data due to unlawful data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data; if you need your data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims after we no longer need this data because the purpose has been achieved; or if you have lodged an objection on grounds relating to your particular situation, as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate grounds prevail;

You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

13.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST AS PART OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE PROCESSING IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING. YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.
14) DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The duration of storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). Once the period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the performance or initiation of a contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in continuing to store it.
